Aurora - A dagger, crafted by Chiisa, using a mixture of his Titanic and Angelic energies. While it can be used as a melee weapon, Aurora’s main purpose is for throwing - it can duplicate itself an infinite amount of times as needed, allowing Xavier to throw a barrage of blades when necessary. When placed in particular patterns, in conjunction with his hydrokinesis, they can be used to place traps or seals.Aeterna, a massive longbow that he can summon from a golden spiral, also crafted by his father. Arrows are generated from magic or ki as he draws the string, making ammo a non-issue. Xavier can transport himself to any location he’s left an arrow embedded.

Hydro/Cryokinesis
Due to his angelic blood, Xavier was born with the ability to manipulate water as well as control its temperature. Being near water also boosts his strength and abilities, as well as granting him moderate regenerative properties.Healing Factor
Xavier possesses an extreme healing factor thanks to his father's bloodline. While he cannot fully regenerate a lost body part, he is capable of reattaching limbs or, in extreme cases, replacing it with another; that is to say, if Xavier were to replace his arm with another person's arm, his healing factor would, over time, suffuse the new arm with enough of his cells that it would look and feel as if it was his all along.Highly Acute Hearing and Smell
Owing to the Archaic Wolf bloodline, Xavier's hearing and smell are several magnitudes stronger than an average person's.Angelic/Celestial Wave perception
Xavier has the ability to perceive and manipulate angelic/celestial energy. Commonly referred to as ‘holy’ attribute magic, it has great effect on the undead, as well as possessing incredible healing ability.Prayer augmentation/perception
An angelic ability that allows him to hear the prayers of those he is either attuned to or in short range of. This perception grants him the ability to slightly warp reality to meet the requisites of the prayer - if someone near him were to pray for sleep, he could cause them to do so. This ability is moderately used, as it is extremely draining.Illusionary Capabilities via Wings - Xavier can cast illusions or force others to hallucinate by having them look at his wings. Low level mental subversion.

Oracle Eyes

Known by many different names - Sniper Eyes, the Eyes of Delphi, and Heaven's Gaze, to name a few - this ability is what grants Xavier his moniker of 'All-Seeing.' A unique amalgamation of the high-sensory abilities gained from his father along with his celestial senses from his mother, Xavier possesses the ability to see across incredibly vast distances with extreme precision. With these eyes, he is able to perceive the flow of the wind, the movement of objects between himself and a given target, even the very curvature of the earth - all things that make him excel at long-distance archery. The Eyes also grant him the ability to pierce illusions or changeling magicks, meaning that he is very rarely fooled by illusory magic, genjutsu or the like.

Transformations

Xavier possesses the ability to transform - to shift his physical appearance and abilities to align himself with any of his bloodlines.Archaic Wolf Form
Though he is not as well versed in it as his younger sister, Xavier can transform into a large wolf at will - a trait derived from his father. When angered, he may unintentionally force parts of his body to take on wolf-like traits.Archangel Form
Though not as powerful as his mother, thanks to his genes being more similar to hers than his father’s, Xavier has access to a powerful angelic form. This differs from the summoning of his wings, as he gains a pointed halo over his head as well as increased potency in his attacks.‘Ascended Fuesaan’
A state in which Xavier channels the full strength of his Titanic energy, allowing a transformation based on overwhelming strength and physical combat ability. This form isn’t as powerful as his Archangel form but allows him a specific set of skills otherwise unavailable to him, such as self-styled Titan Arts.‘Pillar of Heaven and Earth’
Forcing his body to allow full use of both of his stronger bloodlines, Xavier enters a state with all of the pros of both his Titan and Angel abilities with none of the drawbacks. Due to its incredible strength, it is also incredibly draining and is not used often.

Xavier has a very sizeable family. Lore

Born to Chiisa and Ranmaru Fuesaan, he is the first of two children shared between them. His birth came shortly before Chiisa and Ranmaru had to return and face the White Council within the Heavens. The affairs and stipulations outside of the Fuesaan Realm resulted in his birth being performed within the secret of Chiisa’s own abode. In early life, Xavier already had the makings for a great long shooter; powerfully sharp eyes closely matching his parent's at such a young age. A ‘Momma’s boy’ at heart, Xavier often follows his mother around whenever she returns, as many of his abilities manifested from her side of the family. From her, he learned how to fly, conceal his wings, and many of the skills that come with being one of Heaven. He picked up easily upon his Angelic lineage and Titanic heritage, leaving him wondering whether he should focus on one over the other, or mutually walk paths from both. Although, his wolf part seems to be a bit delayed within him; It is apparent that Xavier inherits more Angelic ability from his Mother than Wolf from his Father. Every so often he speaks with his younger sister Alonwye about the matter, for they too are rather close.He’s seen to be polite, usually calm; jokes a bit, and teases with no ill intention. Not afraid to laugh out loud, easy going, a little lazy here and there. Around his mother he stiffens up a little in the sense of ‘ironing the wrinkles out.'As he grew older, Xavier would venture more and more out into the world, wanting to know more about mortals and creatures living outside of his realm.For reasons unbeknownst to him, his younger sister had a falling out with the family during one of these excursions, and he returned to find her gone without a trace. Since then, Xavier has dedicated any of his free time to tracking down his runaway sibling - and, as he began to learn about the family history, he has begun to track down other long-lost members, as well.

"Kikyo-nee has always been... Hm. What's the word? Secluded. She used to never let her emotions show on her face... if you ever got to see her face outside of her room, anyway. It took a lotta poking, prodding, and pranking to get her to even acknowledge me - and when she did, she burst into tears! I guess I remind her of my older brother, Riou. He went missing before I was even born, and he and Kikyo had a really close relationship. Ever since she shared that with me, she's been really protective. Overbearingly so, sometimes. I love her, of course, but... sometimes I can't help but feel like filler for the brother she can't see, the family that isn't here now. That's why I'm gonna find 'em all. Riou, Keiana, Alon, even Aunt Sia - I'm gonna track them all down somehow. Maybe that'll make her happy.."
